    Step 1 - Right Fit Call (Free 15 minutes)

    A short conversation to understand your project. We'll ask about your site, your plans, and your timeline. You'll leave knowing exactly what package suits you and what's involved. No obligation.

    Step 2 - Concept Design

    We draw your site plan, floor plan, elevations, and drainage layout using your chosen package. Council PIM application ready. You review and approve before anything is finalised. PIM is Issued and we proceed to final stage.

    Step 3 - Final Plans

    Once PIM is Issued we prepare your Working drawings (final plans) with details. You receive your complete drawing set and LBP designer memorandum in PDF files ready for your next stage. No ambiguity, no missing details, no delays at the builder stage.
